Northam Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

On Thursday 20th August voters in Appledore, Northam and Westward Ho! can vote YES or NO to the Plan.  If a majority vote YES the Plan becomes part of the North Devon and Torridge Local Plan and its policies will be taken in to account when determining planning decisions across the whole of the Northam Town Council area.

Voting takes place at usual polling stations with details on the poll card sent to your address. As with other elections, you may also use postal and proxy votes.

You can read or download the Plan at www.northamneighbourhoodplan.co.uk. There will be a print copy to read at libraries and at Northam Town Council offices at Windmill Lane, Northam.
