THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (RALEIGH HILL, SOUTHCOTT ROAD, KENWITH ROAD, BIDEFORD) ORDER 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From MONDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2024
for a maximum of 18 months
Anticipated Finish SATURDAY 30 MARCH 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected - RALEIGH HILL
(From Woodville Access Rd West towards Northam Footpath 18)
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via –
RALEIGH HILL, SOUTHCOTT ROAD, KENWITH ROAD, FIRST RALEIGH, NORTHAM ROAD, HEYWOOD ROAD AND VICE VERSA
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected - SOUTHCOTT ROAD AND KENWITH ROAD.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable -
EXCAVATION WORKS, INSTALLATION OF PILES WITH WALL IMPROVEMENT / REPAIR, AND REINSTATEMENT OF CARRIAGEWAY.
